19/01599/HHD Spring House, Bull Hill. Alterations to existing access by widening dropped kerbs.

Principal aim is to discuss use of Parish churches of all denominations can be adapted to as a resource for everyone in the community, both religious and secularas many Parishes now lack community facilities.
