Find your own calm spot

Do you need help to cope with day to day stress and improving your overall health and happiness? Then learning mindfulness techniques could be for you. If you are interested we are fortunate that the yoga teacher, who runs classes in Chadlington Memorial Hall, Nikki Jackson, is running an eight week, ‘Mindfulness for Stress’ course at Chipping Norton Health Centre, starting 22nd October on early Tuesday evenings, 6 – 8.15 p.m.

The course is a progressive one, designed to help you change how you react to life challenges and stress, whether at home or at work,  and how to create new strategies that help you respond more effectively. You will learn a variety of concepts about how our minds and thought processes work, as well as a variety of mindfulness meditations and how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.
